Nightsquire is made by an Irish business and runs only on European clouds, netcup in Germany and Scaleway in France, under Irish law. Choose Nightsquire AI and managed executors and every part of a run stays in the EU, with nothing to set up. Bring your own hosts and models instead, and you decide where they live.

EU clouds only
The control panel and its database run on netcup in Germany. Managed executors, Nightsquire AI, email and backups run on Scaleway in Paris. No part of the service runs outside the EU.
Two EU sub-processors
netcup hosts the control panel. Scaleway runs Nightsquire AI and managed executors, keeps the backups and sends our email. No one else handles your organisation's data, and we tell you before that changes.
An Irish contract
Your contract is with an Irish business. The terms and the data processing agreement under article 28 of the GDPR follow Irish law, and the Data Protection Commission is our supervisory authority.
Your key, your data
Secrets are encrypted with a key per organisation. Owners can export your configuration, run history and audit log at any time. Delete the organisation and its key is destroyed after a 7-day grace period.
No trackers
The app sets only the cookies it needs to work: your session, the organisation you last used, and a short-lived one while you sign in with GitLab. No analytics, no advertising, no third-party scripts, on the app or on this site.
Your model, your call
With Nightsquire AI the model runs on Scaleway in the EU. With your own provider, requests go from the executor's gateway straight to it; Nightsquire keeps the step's transcript and token count, in the EU.

Do you transfer personal data outside the EU?
Not for our own processing, Nightsquire AI and managed executors included: it all happens in Germany and France, email included. A model provider or GitLab you choose outside the EU is your own supplier, connected under your own terms.
What about this website?
This marketing site, nightsquire.dev, runs on netcup in Germany, next to the control panel. It holds no customer data, sets no cookies and runs no analytics, and its notify form is delivered through Scaleway. Privacy policy
Does Nightsquire store our source code?
Partly, and only in the EU. The run state passed between steps includes git bundles, and logs and transcripts can quote code. Run state, logs and transcripts are deleted when your retention period ends, 90 days by default.
Can we sign a data processing agreement?
Yes. It is part of our terms, and describes the processing, the technical and organisational measures and the sub-processors. Read the DPA
What happens to our data when we leave?
Owners can export its configuration and run history first. Deleting the organisation removes its data after a 7-day grace period and destroys its encryption key. Backups made before that are overwritten within 30 days.
Who at Nightsquire can see our data?
The platform admin area shows organisation metadata (members, executors, usage), never runs, logs, transcripts or secrets. Operator actions are recorded in a separate audit log.
